A whole lot of nothing

Is exactly what I have been up to.  My life seems incredibly routine right now.

We get up, do school, clean house, cook dinner, run kids around, fall into bed exhausted, Repeat.

My computer quit on me last week and they said it could be 3 weeks before it is fixed.  I am using one of the kids computers while they are at the library with dad.  It is hard because they use their computers all day for school which doesn’t leave me much time to check email or catch up on my blog.

I am participating in a bag swap, still needing to work on my quilt and knitting a pair a gloves-but not much progress has occured-if only my sewing machine was portable and I could sew in the car I might actually have something to show. 

No pictures today,  I haven’t had time to load them on the computer–hopefully I will find some time to get them loaded later this week.

 To summarize,YES we are all fine, NO, I have not done anything exciting, Yes, I have good intentions of keeping up on my blog, NO I haven’t been very good about it, YES I appreciate that anyone takes the time to read my humble little blog.

Nothing Much to Report

The last week has been fairly uneventful and relatively boring. We have been busy doing the usual school and housework. Our big excitement for the week was driving to southern Mass. to pick up 150 pounds of wheat berries. We got a really good deal and there is nothing like fresh ground flour for bread.

My creative side seems to be hibernating this week. Every time I tried to start something I seemed to mess it up or couldn’t muster up the energy to get past just thinking about it. Hopefully my creative juices will start flowing again soon so I have something margainally exciting to post.

Joel and Hannah have been out ice fishing on the pond. I am not sure what the allure of sitting outside in the freezing cold is, but it keeps them entertained.
